A waiver must be signed in advance. There are two ways of completing the waiver: an electronic copy of the waiver comes with your welcome email that you can print, sign, scan, and send back to us. You can also sign a physical copy of the waiver when you arrive on location.
Helmets are mandatory for every student of any age. Payment for lessons may be forfeited if a student arrives without a helmet.
We highly recommend all students wear knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards* as well. Students are expected to arrive with their own protective equipment. Please note that we do not supply any equipment.
* Students on scooters are exempt from our recommendation of wrist guards, as they make holding onto the handlebars more difficult. All other pads are still recommended.
Cancellation, Rescheduling and No Shows
Clients are entitled to a prorated refund up to 24 hours after completing the second lesson of the package. The refund treats the completed lessons as regular lessons, rather than the discounted package rate. There is also an administrative fee of $25 for these cancellations.
To cancel a package, please contact us at hello@skateboard-inline.com.
Unfortunately, due to the schedule change from season to season (school letting out at the end of June for example), we are unable to reschedule any missed lessons later into the season.
Cancellations or rescheduling of lessons must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson in order to reschedule with no extra cost. Refunds or credits will not be issued for lessons cancelled less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson. Refunds or credits will not be issued for clients who do not show up for a scheduled lesson.
To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact us at hello@skateboard-inline.com.
We require notification of your intent to cancel your camp sign up at least three weeks before the start of the camp in order to receive a refund.

Please note, at times and at our sole discretion, we may need to cancel due to inclement weather, wet conditions, excessive heat or other conditions which impact our ability to operate safely outdoors. We monitor the weather on a daily basis and will notify affected students the day before of the possibility of canceling if we anticipate any conditions that would impact our ability to operate safely. We will make the decision, at the latest, about an hour before to either cancel or go ahead.
Clients who have purchased a package of lessons are entitled to refunds for lessons canceled due to inclement weather.
Unfortunately, due to the schedule change from season to season (school letting out at the end of June for example), we are unable to reschedule these lessons later into the season.
If a single lesson is cancelled due to inclement weather, the client will be entitled to a full credit towards their next scheduled lesson.
In the event of inclement weather requiring us to cancel a day of camp, we will provide all students with a full credit towards a 1 hour lesson for 1 student, to be used during the summer.
